my spectre loose damage in bastille map

my frozen mandi spectre loose 20k damage when i enter Bastille map ( just saw they actually loose attack speed in this map i cant explain it ) i dont see anycurse or mod that reduce attack speed on them

it seems my gem faster attack dont work on them in that map but when i go to my ho its working again
i tried pain offering to see if they get the attack speed bonus seems not they get only the damage
