Stuck in Boss fight

Stuck between Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Manoki The Fevered.

I completed Phase 1 but as I went towards the arena for Phase 2 I put some totems down, but somehow managed to glitch outside the entrace.

I cant warp out and I cant go back, so I'm just stuck.

I've logged out and in but I'm still stuck!

Frustrating as its a rare boss that I had juiced up! :(
