[Feedback] Expand Jewelry Bases for Patch 0.4.0

For the next Content Patch 0.4.0, I urge GGG to consider adding new jewelry white bases to further expand build diversity and offer more crafting options:

New Amulet Bases
* Fortune Amulet: (15–25)% Increased Quantity of Gold Dropped by Slain Enemies
* Timepiece Amulet: (10–15)% Increased Cooldown Recovery
* Wayfarer Amulet: (5–10)% Increased Movement Speed
* Sage Amulet: (1-3)% Increased Experience Gain

Fortune Amulet allows players to grind for gold and use it for gambling in SSF during the campaign. The Timepiece Amulet adds an option to reduce cooldowns as they could be major limitations for certain builds. The Wayfarer Amulet offers a modest boost to movement speed. The Sage Amulet would be great for alts to make leveling feel less tedious with a small boost to XP.

New Ring Bases
* Carnelian Ring: (1–3)% Increased Skill Speed
* Peridot Ring: (3–5)% Increased Deflection Rating
* Opal Ring: (7–15)% Increased Elemental Damage
* Obsidian Ring: (1-5) to (6-10) Physical Thorns Damage

Carnelian Ring raises the speed of any skill, but the bonus is small. The Peridot Ring helps players reach 100% deflection chance. The Opal Ring adds elemental damage for multi-element builds while the Obsidian Ring adds an option for thorn builds.

Anything more is good.

But… main issue is only 3 dmg and 3 resis rings being usefull at endgame.
If this keep going we will keep going bottlenecked on gear

I would like too see a steel ring added which is just a superior Iron ring with higher flat phys rolls because the Iron Ring implicit just doesn't cut it compared to the others later in the game its great early game but late game its just 1-4 flat dmg its honestly kind of useless.

I do like your ideas except maybe the move speed amulet right now we do have some tech with 100% socketed runes for boots to juice character movement though this is not cheap. maybe if the implicit was 1-5% instead of up too 10% cuz it is a lot of character power to get for many builds.

I feel like ring implicits are pretty good rn considering the stats they provide are very relevant since the closer you get your character to high end game the more resistance pressure you start feeling in your slots we are missing a max life implicit ring though. Thorns implicit on ring sounds good for thorns builds for sure and I believe we should have a 4-8% skill speed implicit ring tbh I think warriors would really like to run those.

for amulets the cooldown recovery sounds actually amazing for grenade mercenary builds it was one of the stats that I pushed hard for to scale my attack output on my grenade build I did this league start. I felt like even at 100 div+ investment on the build it still just didn't feel right sometimes and dont get me started on how squishy mercenary felt with armour + evasion stacking haha. global defences implicit on amulet would be very nice for many builds at like 3-7% increase or something. The gold drop one sounds very reasonable for SSF players and the XP one is also interesting for when you just want to level up ever so slightly faster.

but I feel like we need more/better belt implicits mostly. The ones we have dont provide bonuses that you can feel in the end game that much even though some of them are nice too have. Kind of a miss to not add a abyss touched implicit that drop from abyss meaning a chance the implicit on a belt is changed into +1 rune socket slot like how abyss belts are in PoE 1 I feel like that would have been a nice addition to abyss and they could have cooked with those abyss socketables a bit more since I feel like the 3 we got arent that crazy for a lot of builds.

They could add a Mechanical Belt, that provides 1 Socket.
Another purpose for a Gold Find amulet would be to help grind more gold for trading.

I liked your suggestion and proposing a Carnelian Ring with a (1–3)% Increased Skill Speed implicit modifier. Main difference is the bonus value should be small as (4-8)% would be too much IMO.

From my understanding, reaching 100% deflection chance is impossible. This is the reason I'm proposing to add the Peridot Ring that grants (3–5)% Increased Deflection Rating.
