Performance is still horrible compared to 0.2. Where is the fix patch?

This league has been a huge step forward in many senses, but the base performance of the game being much worse than in 0.2 topped off with Abyss and its problems is wearing me out hard.

We already had much better performance in 0.1 and 0.2 so surely we can get there again? It's been 2,5 weeks already of the absolutely heinous performance while juice mapping. One would think performance issues like these would be on top of the issues to fix but apparently they aren't for whatever reason.
