Unable to continue game progression after campaign (server side lock)

I’ve just finished the story campaign and completed 3 additional mini-acts. When I enter The Ziggurat Refuge, here’s what I see: the questline requires me to talk to Alva. But Alva is nowhere to be found. Map device is locked. In the hideout, Doryani only offers to teleport me to The Ziggurat Refuge. I simply can’t continue playing the game. Please help me.
