Connectivity issues

Hello. Sorry for reporting this but over the last few days (3 or so) I've been having incredibly hard time playing because my ping is constantly spiking to hundreds of ms before dropping back every second or so. Literally, my F1 looks like freaking Himalayas. I leveled through the campaign and played without issues afterwards but it has gotten to the point the game is unplayable for me right now. I just noticed this starts as soon as I enter maps. Any idea on how to remedy this?
