Demon form rare bug can't use any skills, can't dodge

Rarely when playing with the Demon Form skill activated, all of a sudden all my skills stop working (nothing happens when pressing corresponding keybind), dodge also stops work. My Invocation spells seem to be an exception to the above case (assuming they had Energy before the bug happened), I also can't deactivate the Demon Form manually. Additionally, my character becomes unable to create a portal.
This has happened a few times this league, but it's quite rare and I can't say what is the cause. The issue resolves itself when eventually my Life goes to 1 and the Demon Form deactivates itself automatically.
