Corrupted Nexus quest stuck

I have the quest: Cataclysm's Wake - Complete a Tier 15+ Corrupted Nexus.

I have done two now, using a t15 waystone, 6 affixed. one regular, and one corrupted.

I did not receive any core when killing the corrupted boss. twice now. The maps were cleared and completed. No drop.

My atlas sits at 29/40 points. I cannot get any more points.

Ran a 16 just a minute ago. Got the core drop. Please change the text to 16+ and not 15+ on the quest for Cataclysm's Wake to reflect the correct level of waystone.
