some monsters do not trigger thorns

some monster do not trigger thorns, at all

there are some monsters whom do not trigger any thorns effect of my char, while simular mobs with simular skills do.

some nameless exambles:

Vaal double bow archer experiment
- any of his arrows do not trigger thorns

Arastas Cultist with a channeling slim fire beam, no thorns
- Vaal 4 armed thingy with a channeling wide fire beam does trigger thorns

Sekhemas fire pot guy, who put down his fire pot and let it spray fire, also does not trigger thorns
- act II plaque bird which vomit poison clouds, these effects do trigger thorns

newly added abbys monsters have their channeling effects also not trigger thorns


i suggest letting a QA guy play a thorns build thru campaign and endgame. maybe you have a specific test arena
