Eye of winter - please revisit

A classic arpg build is frozen orb d2 sorcerer.

Past 2 seasons ive been waiting until you add a way to make it a viable option without having to cast through different elements to gain damage.

I was very excited about infusions due to gaining the elements when casting eye of winter. Maybe a good build could have came from it.

Then I realized either after I quit s2 or before s3 you added a 15s cool down.

Please reconsider changing this as you butchered any possible way of me making a classic build.
