Enervating Nova + Astral Projection; Not Working

The support gem (Astral Projection) when applied to the Staff skill passive (Enervating Nova) does not cast at the target location as the support gem states. Nova still sticks around the character. Tried multiple gems and variants of the staff. Still does not work.

Same here. Also almost nothing gets Pinned by Bone Cage. Maybe 1 in every 100 mobs. It was working last week. And WTF is up with eternally healing Regenerate elites? I couldn't kill a pack of blue Rhoas just last night. They went down to half then regenerated all the way in 2 seconds then I just WAILED on 'em while they ran around at full health.
