Act 3 past vaal portal. Helping players bug .

So i am currently lvl 90's and tried to help a player in act 3 when joining party i cant teleport and prompted i havent reached that quest objective yet.

I think this is related to switching from cruel to act 4. Which in cruel also was kind of janky since you had to enter Clearfell cruel to even join in act 3 past vaal time section. Thats about it.
