Dodge Bug?!

I died A LOT of times while being stunned or taking dmg from ranges hits while dodging. This is REALLY frustrating in endgame as i lost more than 1 level above 90 in total XP and this never happened before 0.3 Overall this patch feels garbage, i want poe 2 not a poe 1 clone that runs more poorly than the original. With all the endgame and atlas bugs i literally cannot progress properly and making new chars gets boring.
