Cannot unlock waypoint, no yellow path connection

Hi, I found a bug in Path of Exile 2.

On the world map, there are two white map nodes that I cannot reach.
Normally there should be yellow dotted lines connecting them, but in my case there is no line, so I cannot travel there.
