POE2 witch minion bug

Hello everybody!!! I played as witch and i have 3 arsonist skeleton and 3 warrior skeleton...when my arsonist skeleton dies sometimes they dont respawn fully but only 2 of them...today i was fighting boss and first time he killed my skeletons they never fully respawned always 1 skeleton missing...i went to my skill menu mid boss fight and i was pulling and putting my skeleton skill gems and they 3 arsonist skeletons spawn in again and again when they got killed only 2 of them spawned??? i have enough spirit i even have 8 extra so this is definitively a bug...hope there is help its pissing me off haha

UPDATE on bug:today i had 5 arsonist and 3 warrior after my arsonist got killed only 3 respawned the other 2 are not to be found....i portal back to city and come back they respawned...so this is just getting worse yesterday it was one skeleton today two of them dont respawn and yes i have enough spirit

also when i unequip and then equip my scepter while in boss fight they respawn fully
