Citadels Too Rare

Just painful for rare rng to locked progression. Lvl 95 here not one citadel, makes end game feel just terrible! Why not more citadels on the atlas? Would it ruin end game GGG? I mean what's the deal really?

I'm not sure if the Citadel rarity was intentional. They were extremely common in the last league, and in the Abyssal league they're too rare. It's common complaint and I assume they'll be more common in the future.

I never encountered a Citadel this league and tapped out at LVL84 when my mapping started to feel like a waste of time.
