Problem with Despair uses life instead of mana

Hi i have the following problem , i play Lich and used the Low - Life -Trick to get 35% life. I had no issues using the trick with Despair. After a painful death... i try to renew the trick it worked, but now i cant use my Dispair anymore, it is greyed out and say that i cant use it because it needs leech my life to be used. In the spell discription it say it us life but on the gem mana. pls help me and fix this bug.

I found a methode to fix the issue ... but its just not a bugfix, i just bought a new lvl 18 gem and replaced it, but i lost 1 skillgem lvl. My gem before was lvl 19.So it is -.- and :).
