Bug: 'Morior Invictus Grand Regalia' sockets not increasing stats.

I am a Path of Exile 2 player, and I have encountered a bug (though I haven’t found similar reports online—perhaps I missed them). Therefore, I would like to report the issue I’ve experienced. I hope you can provide a response after reviewing it.

The bug is that the "Rabbit Talisman" does not grant "All Elemental Resistances" when socketed into the "Morior Invictus Grand Regalia," whereas "Rune" items such as the "Greater Storm Rune" work correctly.

Several threads on this, but the more the merrier to get this visible and elevated to hopefully fix for next patch. I've seen from other threads this has existed since 0.2 though.The first link in this list did have a GGG reply in it, so it should definitely be known by now.
