Trade Market Search does not Find Items Listed for Greater Currency?

Currently on the currency exchange 1 Exalt buys:

200 Greater Transmutation
20 Greater Aug
3.6 Regal

The prices seem to fluctuate wildly for example Regal changed to 2.2 just while typing this. But essentially stable is

Exalt > Regal > Greater Aug > Greater T > Trans/Aug

Therefore the greater Aug/Trans should work like intermediate selling points between Regal and normal Trans/Aug, which makes sense and you can list items for these currencies in the Merchant Tabs.

However unless I am missing something they will not show up on the Trade Market at least not in game on ps5. I tried searching for my own items and they don't show up.

You can't select these currencies in the Trade filter either, the only option is Exalt Equivalent but they don't seem to show up.

They do appear if I search for my account as seller with no currency limit set. So it appears the issue is that the Trade Market does not know a conversion rate for these currencies.

Firstly can anyone confirm?

Assuming I am correct, is this working as intended? A bug? Still a work in progress?

If a bug, maybe a moderator can mofe this to bug reports?

Nobody is trading for those and GGG isn't converting currencies from one to the other.

You can trade for what people trade for. Nobody is offering their item for greater exalts, then there's nothing you can do.

Exalts, Anuls, Divines. THese are for trading. You trade exalts for w/e you need to upgrade to when needed.

Value is different every single day, let alone every single league. It cannot convert currency because the values are not static.

You seem to have misunderstood.

I am not trying to buy, I am trying to sell. I would like to sell some items for Greater orbs but nobody will see them listed because people will nearly always filter with min/max price limits.

I can find all my listed items by searching for myself as seller and no pricing limits.

As soon as I add Exalt Equivalent as a filter, anything listed for Greater currencies disappears.

You also seem to not know that the trade filter has conversion rates and knows that some currency items are worth more than others. For example if you add a max of 1 Exalt Equivalent, it will also list anything selling for a Regal, Aug of Transmute because it knows they are worth less than an Exalt.

If I list something for 20 Regal, searching my items with a limit of 5 Exalt Equivalent will list it. With a limit of 6 Exalt Equivalent it does not. So 1 Exalt is equivalent to about 4 Regals when searching by Exalt Equivalent.

So the issue is that the Market currently does not include any items selling for Greater Aug/Trans despite them being of lower value than Exalts, at least according to the Currency Exchange.

My hope is that they just haven't added support for these currency items yet. If we want to sell for them we should be able to.

To further confirm, I listed 2 random items for 1 Greater Trans and 1 Greater Aug.

These appear when I search for mysrlf as seller.

If I add a max limit of 50 000 000 Exalt Equivalent, it finds everything except for the items listed for GT and GA.

So I think the issue is that the market does not have values for these yet, making them essentially useless as trade items.

This sucks because the jump from selling for 1 Aug to 1 Regal is a big one which these currencies could fill.

So right now the only way to get Greaters via trade is to trade for Augs then use the currency exchange to exchange them for Greaters.

Until they appear in searches though, there should not really be the option to list them for those currencies. The only way buyers will see them is if they come to buy something else.

I never said or implied there is any automated conversion.

There is a function to search the Trade Market filtering by Exalt Equivalent which will return results based on the relative values currencies.

If you search with a max of 50 million Exalt Equivalent it will return results of all currencies based on some internal relative value. For examle right now it gives me an item on sale for 99,999 divines.

If I drop that to 500k Exalt Equivalent the most expensive result is selling for 9,999 Annulments, the 2nd is for 1k Divines and the 3rd is for 3 Mirrors.

There is no way to return items selling for Greater Trans or Aug without not setting a price limit. I would bet many people are listing items like I did without knowing nobody will be able to find them.

To be clear, I only mentioned the currency exchange because that is the easiest place to get a sense of relative values. Not because I think there is any direct interaction between it and the Trade Market.

The issue is with the Exalt Equivalent search function not including items being listed for what clearly ought to be considered currency items, and can be listed priced with those items.

Essentially, they are in the list for selecting a price, they should also be returnable and searchable within the trade market.

Doesn't look like folks seems to understand what OP is trying to say. Under trade filters you can specify the currency to use. So if you specify exalted orb you will only see things listed for exalts.

Thankyou, I was starting to doubt my own literacy.

They are technically viewable, they just don't show up in any reasonable search because such searches will include price limits.

Not only can you not search for items listed for Greater Orbs, they are not included in the Exalted Equivalent option.
