Ultimatum - Tethers + dodge roll bug

Heya,

Twice tonight both myself and a friend experienced a bug with the stun tetheres and dodge rolling out.

When brekaing the tether you would get permenantly locked into a "fallen down" position and never get back up.

The only way to get out of this was to logout and back in again.
