my item gone for no reason

hello, i am a path of exile 2 player on ps5. im playing 0.3 from the beginning and got some process. But today, i decided to desecrate my unique Undying jewel. it says “you can desecrate 3 times” I desecrate it two times with no problem but when i desecrate it 3rd time the item disappeared.(it was like when you use chance orb on a white item and it destroys it). i looked everywhere but no, item gone.i asked some people,streamers about it and they sad it is probably a bug. it was worth 11 divine or something. i don’t know what to do. please help.

This is implied by the word 'Unstable' on the item and unfortunately is not a bug.

Maybe they will add a keyword that describes what this means.
