Tactician pin buildup small nodes

Tactician's Suppressing Fire node (40% more immobilisation buildup) has pin buildup small node before it. It would make sense if the whole line of skills were about specifically pin, but its a general immobilisation node that includes Freeze + Electrocute + Stun + Pin.

Suggestion: Change the small node before it from 20% increased pin buildup to 20% increased immobilisation buildup or otherwise this node is completely useless to freeze builders for example that want to take the big node.
