Standard version of Bones of Ullr

Why is it that all copies of the Bones of Ullr now say reduced reservation, which increases the spirit cost of minions, and the league version says increased reservation, which reduces the cost?

I came back after finally fixing the issues on my pc with multithreading causing it to crash and now this item is useless on my standard character and the investment was wasted.

Was this change intentional?
