CPU Load Recently

Looks like there is some bug involving CPU load recently. I haven't had big issues with this before, but now my CPU goes from 9-20ms to over 100ms at times, when before I had almost no issues. I've checked and doublechecked everything, verified files, deleted and reloaded shaders, etc.
