Can't assign skill buttons, caused by Quicksand Hourglass skill (controller)

I made a video and Reddit post of the issue.

I can confirm that. I have exactly the same issue. I can't assign any skills while using controller until I unspec 'Quicksand Hourglass' passive.

And I wish I found your post before I bought a new controller.
