Looks like this is good bye forever for me. Game freezing, logging me out and lost 250 div+

I’m running on a Ryzen 9950X3D and an RTX 5090, and the game keeps freezing and logging me out every 10 minutes or so. This is incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried every so-called solution I could find—updating drivers, switching to Vulkan, lowering settings, etc.—but nothing worked.

My worst nightmare happened during an instance buyout trade. I found my best drop in nine months: a Rite of Passage charm with Possessed by Spirit of the Cat for 20 seconds on use, worth around 290 divines on the market after hundreds of hours this season. I tried to sell it on the market, but the game didn’t register my input correctly and posted it at 20 divines instead. Then the game froze. By the time it reloaded, the item was stuck at 20 divines, and I was forced to watch it sell at that price in front of Ange.

Seriously, is this right? I know there’s a 30-second window to fix an item’s price after it’s posted, but what good is that if the game fails to register input and freezes at the same time? Because of this, I lost over 250 divines, and now I’m quitting since customer support won’t do anything about it.

Yes, I’m a paying customer who has bought many support packs and planned to buy more, but here I am, quitting because of a game bug. It feels like all my time was wasted when my best drop ever disappeared like this.

GGG can’t or won’t fix the freezes and lag, so I’m done. Just here to cry out—this has been the worst season ever. At least in previous seasons, I didn’t have freezing issues this bad.

With respect, when it comes to big ticket items, you shouldn't be fingering in numbers and immediately hitting accept. You should enter the price value and then spend a good few seconds staring at it to make sure it's correct.

Support will never act on human error, so you'll have to take this as a harsh learning experience. One thing is for sure, you'll never do it again!

How come you didn't become nervous and overcarful over such a rare item?
I know the main issue is the game freezing but...gotta be careful with such thing, always assume game is gonna crash or lagout in such situations, if you played D2 (DC can happen at anytime) you should know.

Sounds like you sold it at 20 not realizing its true price, and now are having sellers remorse. Devs will never refund you this

They have to fix this with a solution that if multiple player join an instance for a specific item , an automated Auction will take place.

As misspricing happen a lot.

No, its also very much been a game issue too. Per Multipul forum threads.
