Can an amulet have 2 gem mods?

Got this nice Solar Amulet I'm one mod from completing and I wanted to Ulaman desecrate it for potentially the +1 all skills but it already has +2 minion skills so I didn't know if they stack before I try it.

" Thanks, wish I saw this earlier haha. I decided to experiment myself and bought a bunch of some cheap +1 skill amulets and forced Ulaman/Dex Necro Omen on them and the +1 all skills never showed up. Thank you for replying though. |

Arhh, I wish I know this earlier. I wasted 4 omen of light + echoes(total 8 times refresh) and didnt get it at all was thinking I was bad luck there.
