[Bug] Act 3 – Utza Ala’s Treasure (Molten Halls) hammer not dropping.

Subject: Quest Item Bug – Act 3 “Utza Ala’s Treasure” (Molten Halls)

Hello,
I’m currently playing Path of Exile 2 in Act 3. In the zone Molten Halls, during the quest “Utza Ala’s Treasure”, the blacksmith NPC is supposed to drop a quest item – a hammer. Unfortunately, the hammer never drops, so I cannot complete the quest.

I have tried re-entering the zone and restarting the client, but the item still doesn’t appear. I can continue to Act 4, but I would really like to finish all main quests, since they reward important bonuses (such as a skill point).

Could you please check this issue and help me resolve it?
