Omen of Whittling and Obsolte/Invalid Modifiers?

I have few good rare pre-0.3 items in Standard League. And some modifiers, due to rebalance no longer show T1 (or T2, T3, etc) in the modifier, when you highlight item with ALT.

So the question is: Omen of Whittling will treat these modifiers as what iLvl? Will it be iLvl of most similar modifier (62~85 to 101~129 on item, whilst 73~97 to 112~149 for iLvl 65)? Or will it be iLvl 1, because it is no longer valid modifier value range?
