i played non league over 1400 hours. i stopped leveling on non league, because XP rate after 96 is too low, leveling which should be most funny and best experience in any game, is not same in poe2. considering i played poe1 over 5 years with no stop.

With this abyss league, i got intrested alot. so i creat my toon, atm iam level 95 infernalist storm mages with 97k dps, and created another toon a stromweaver ice nova, which i leveled to 88.

i created some very good rares with Abyss currency, i can kill any thing in game on any tier. but, after all this i didnt find my FIRST FUCKING CITADEL !!!.

all time i look all around in explored area of this bad poorly developed, pathetic and aloof atlas, i cant see the "shining".

so, is there any "new" mechanics to spawn this shit, or it is also become another game content addicted to the unknown?.

does any one knows a solution for this hell?.

I think citadel spawn rates are increasing 66%(i think that's the percentage)
Edit: Yes! Its 66% increased chance to spawn.

xD very true. Thank you for the giggle. I ended up buying my citadel keys for an insane price like 2 days ago before I seen their increased drop rate >.<
