Network Latency drastically increases while in maps since patch

I'm noticing my standard 35ms latency jump up to 90-140ms when in a map, this is causing major chop and makes the game very difficult to play. Tried switching servers from TX to DC, it did not fix my problem. Running a 14900k and 5090, lowered all my graphic settings, still no change. Anyone else experiencing this issue, or have a fix?

Experiencing Lag/Latency Spikes as well

Location: US, West Coast.
Servers Tried, and Affected: California, Washington DC and Texas.

Same here, very bad latency spike during mapping...
