Tavakai Act 4 Boss softlock

When fighting Tavakai at the end of Act 4. I moved away from him while he was transitioning to phase two (before the stun). Tavakai is near the entrance to the arena and I am near the exit when the stun happens. He gets stuck and does not move out to the exit and I am stuck in the knocked down position and cannot move. Logging out and back in did not fix the issue just allowed me to move around the arena (including the phase 2 area), but the boss was still stuck in the first area and did not move.

I may have also been using the raise shield skill at the time of the stun.
