Spellsinger disabling minions.

Not sure exactly what's hppening other than, on the surface level, Spellsinger is blocking my from summoning minions for some reason. When unequipping and requipping the Spellsinger-bound wand via swapping is with a different Wand, the problem resolves until I change areas.
