Issue with Blood Fragments not dropping in Delirium Citadels

Hello GGG Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue in Path of Exile 2. I have been running Citadels with Delirium, but I am not receiving any Blood Fragments as drops. It seems like the mechanic might be blocked or not working properly on my account.

Could you please check if there is any requirement or restriction that I might be missing, or if this is a bug affecting my character?
