Jagged Ground II Support Gem Bug

A few threads already mention this, but no official response from GGG or even acknowledgment yet -

Jagged Ground II is supposedly triggered by your Aftershocks, but that does not work with any aftershocks that I have tested: from tree, gem, or titan. Only way to create Jagged ground now is with Tier I gem that consumes endurance charge or with Earthquake/Stampede.
