Eye of Storm - Visual Effect not Displayed for Hide Out Maps in the area

I finished all visual highlighted Maps for the Eye of Storm Map but it did not open/unlock. After completing a Hidout Map in that area (which was not highlighted like the others) finally the map was unlocked.

Maybe there is a bug in combination with Hideout Maps near to "Event Maps" which are not beeing highlighted.
