Iron Boss killed - picked up loot, game crashes, map failed

I was so happy about the two fragment, I took a screenshot. Then grabbed the loot. Tried portal, Instance failed or something
clicked the elevator, maybe outside let me (sometimes boss area bugged, even with boss dead, wont let you teleport)
