Waystone Omens and Corruptions Disobey the Fracture Mechanic

Fracturing a modifier on a Waystone will be reforged into a random other fractured modifier when using a Chaos Orb in conjunction with Omen of Chaotic Rarity, Omen of Chaotic Quantity, or Omen of Chaotic Monsters. Similarly, a fractured Waystone modifier will be lost if a vaal corruption converts all suffix modifiers into prefixes with a fractured suffix in play (or visa versa).
