After 0.3.1: Map Looks Empty and Impossible to Navigate

After the newest patch to endgame, my map looks empty and literally impossible to navigate. Only the boss icons show for each instance.

Am I the only one experiencing this? Is there a way to reset the entire map at this point? Is there a fix?
