drops nerfed?

Why does it feel like the loot on omen of light, soul cores etc have been nerfed? have been doing 40+ trial of chaos and i have not got a single drop of sould core of jiquani :/
is it just me that got bad luck or does anyone feel the same?
got Item rarity 111% on my character but that does not matter in trial of chaos i assume.

Did get drops before the updates in third addict.
