What about this could reduce my dps?

Maybe I'm stupid but I really don't see what in this could decrease my dps. For reference I'm using hollow palm. It affects the defenses that hollow palm uses but the other amulet doesn't care so unless somehow increasing my global defenses or the damage recouped as mana somehow scales with something I didn't realize I had does it then idk.

Try to sip at the well after swapping, i would guess the life make it a problem because some nodes give more damage while on full life.

I have that when swapping gear in my hideout with different life value.
