Rhodri has no voice lines upon inspecting the various locations on the map

Makoru has voice lines when inspecting the info-icons for the locations on the map, but now with Rhodri as the captain he has text, but no voice lines for the text.

Seconded I noticed this today - after Makoru is replaced by Rhodri on the ship the "(i)" indicators on that map that have voice lines for Makoru don't do anything when clicked in Act 4
