Insane freezes every few minutes of gameplay.

I know this is a known issue but i wanted to ask for updated info, i've tried a few simple things i read online, from increasing virtual memory, turning off dynamic res, downloaded the standalone client, but still every like half an hour or so my game will freeze and will stay like that for like 5 minutes until the loading screen pops up, and after a few more minutes the game becomes playable again, i just end task usualy to make this go faster, minimap gets purged every time this happens.

I did not have this problem during 0.1, i did not play 0.2, i don't know if this is a 0.3 thing.
