Cant create character, game crashing xbox x

Hello
I’m having an issue with Path of Exile 2 on Xbox Series X. Every time I try to create a new character, the game crashes right after I enter a name.
I’ve already:
Tried reinstalling the game
Restarted the console
Cleared local save data
But nothing seems to fix it.
Is anyone else running into this issue, or does anyone have a workaround? Appreciate any help!
