Omen of Amelioration not working

The Omen of Amelioration does not work properly. Even though it is activated in the inventory, there is still the full XP loss.

Same - at least 3 times in 2 days, I noticed it while mapping and the xp loss is BRUTAL! Plz fix it GGG

You activate the omen and it saves exp loss on death ONCE per map, if you die more than once per map exp is loss as it was deactivated.
