cannot find makoru

i have tried all the suggestions in the forum but unfortunately after all the attempts i still unable to find Makoru to finished the quest. Please kindly help to resolve this issue. Thank you

Which quest?

Have you travelled to Arastas as part of the Utopia quest, where you lost Makoru? It is part of the plot that she disappears here until you defeat the boss in the area. At this point, she is replaced by the ship's cook Rhodri for a time on the ship.

or are you unable to find her on the ship (the Aurora May) in Kingsmarch at the beginning of Act 4 and the Search quest? She should be standing on the Aurora May at the end of the wharf (to the right of Tujen), even if you hadn't spoken to Rog yet to obtain the Charter.
