Workaround for broken skill gems

Posting this in case it helps someone. Noticed several reports of skill gems getting corrupted. This could be helpful for situations where an upgraded gem stops working.

Info:
level 83 huntress
skill: lightning spear
upgrade item: perfect jewelers orb
skill gem level: 16

Reproduce:
1. quality up skill gem to 20%
2. apply perfect jewelers orb
3. apply a vaal orb (corrupted)
4. socket gem
5. lightning spear ability no longer works (no error messages)

Workaround
1. clear the skill ability slot in your keybinds
2. rebind the skill to a keybind
