despair curse not working?

I currently have a lvl 14 despair curse with magnified area 2, heightened curse, cursed ground, efficiency 2 and focused curse
I don't know if the curse is affecting enemies or not. It will show the cursed ground but no icon appears over their heads or their life bars This occured after the latest patch ขุดครั้งสุดท้าย เมื่อ 15 ต.ค. 2025 11:26:35

What level are the monsters?
Lvl 14 despair curse - Curse does not apply to enemies above level 72. |
