Simulacrum stops spawning waves if wearing Rite of Passage (primate)

Warning - Don't use Rite of Passage (golden charm) Primate in Simulacrum. It stopped spawning waves of monster at wave 12, two goes in a row. I removed the charm and it works just fine.

This just happened to me as well. I lost 100 splinters due to this bug. :(
