Tablet Bug

Good afternoon,

It appears that not only do 16s not always get the +1 level on boss maps with the Boss Atlas passive applied, but it also appears that tablets that apply "Irradiated" to maps also is not always functioning properly Overseer Tablets with that node "Organized Forces" is no longer applying the +1 level. This appears to have just became consistent over the last 24 hours.

It also appears that Overseer tablets do not add additional content through the "Map Boss" atlas points (essence, shrine, strongbox, spirit) this has been consistent since I have started running boss tablets.

Is this intended or is this an issue with the coding?
